The Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Collaborative Reform Initiative Program is seeking applications for the Critical Response and Organizational Assessment components of the Collaborative Reform Initiative. This solicitation is not seeking applicants for the operation of the Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center (CRI-TAC).

The COPS Office is seeking applications from eligible organizations that can support either Critical Response or Organizational Assessments. The COPS Office will make two awards from this solicitation, one for Organizational Assessment and the other for Critical Response. These programs are distinct, and applicants must clearly identify which program they are applying for. Applicants may submit proposals for both programs; however, separate proposals will need to be submitted for each program. Furthermore, applicants should be aware that they are unlikely to be selected for both programs.
